Drip Coffee is a micro roaster that roast on site in small batches. This is agreat place to sample various origins of beans and the owner Steve Thatcher is a 20 year veteran of coffee establishments.
Their coffees are good and they have many varieties to try. I just wish that their espresso based shots come out from better equipment. Their industrial dual semi-automatic machines are very good, but is hard to compare with shots that come out of a Kees, a Slayer, a Synesso or a La Marzocco.that are finely tuned.
None the less, they are conveiently located, the space is bright and delighful, and you can definitely talk cofee beans with Steve.
