This is a great JV between Josey Baker a bread-maker with a real last name Baker and Four Barrel Coffee of Mission District fame.

This is a modern well lit version of Four Barrel that serves freshly made breads. So instead of seeing a roasting operation at the back with a Probat roaster in the background, we see and smell the freshness of bread-making.

They have the great coffee of Four Barrel, with Barista’s from Four Barrel working here. They have commercial toasters toasting some pretty darn good natural grain breads.

I would highly recommend going to the Mill. It is easy to find, and the coffee is superb.

One thing though! The lines are long like Four Barrel. So that should make any Four Barrel loyalist comfortable!
